Hsin-Yu Yu nominated for Visual Art Award

Hsin-Yu Yu, of Longmeadow, has been nominated for a Visual Art Award for the Spring 2016 Student Art Exhibition.

Every Spring, hundreds of HCC students participate in the Student Art Exhibition.

This year the exhibition is being held April 11 through May 5 at three locations on the HCC campus: The Taber Gallery and the library showcases on the second floor of the Donahue building; in the hallway on the second floor of the Fine & Performing Arts Building; and in the hallways of the Media Arts Center on the third floor of the Campus Center.

All locations are open to the public during regular school sessions, except the Taber Gallery which is open Mon - Thurs. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Visual Art Award winners will be announced at a reception from 7 to 9 p.m. on Thurs., April 14, in the HCC Library lobby outside the Taber Art Gallery.
